Claim 130 mile basic day for not being allowed a reasonable amount of time for meal period. Was called on duty for (job id) at ______hrs on (date). - When called from road boards for other than Interdivisional Runs and denied a meal period as per Rule 28.
- Make request for meal a period as far in advance as possible or as soon as it becomes apparent that you will be on-duty for more than 8 hours.
