BouMatic is a 76-year old company whose hard working and dedicated employees have helped make it one of the world's leading manufacturers of dairy equipment.
Recently, the company violated its contract and outsourced some of its operations. The company's President, Mickey Mills, threatened to outsource even more of the work and even shut down the plant in an effort to brow beat the company's unionized workforce (SMART Sheet Metal Local 565, Madison, WI).
Regardless of political affiliation, we all agree that outsourcing hurts working families and local communities. BouMatic's President, Mickey Mills, does not think you care enough about this issue and even challenges the public to call him in this video.
You can call BouMatic's Mickey Mills at (713) 882-4915. Please call to take a stand with your brothers and sisters in Wisconsin. You can also email him by clicking here.

Union Pacific President and CEO Lance Fritz issued a statement to non-agreement employees on August 12, 2015 announcing a “workforce reduction initiative” as “the railroad takes the necessary steps to align resources with current business requirements.” Fritz added that the company plans to reduce its management workforce in Omaha and other locations by several hundred people in the coming months through a combination of anticipated attrition and terminations.
