As per section 7 of the Interdivisional Agreement, and PLB 5912, case 120, award 120, this violation constitutes a 130 mile basic day penalty.
- When instructed to make an reciprocal exchange of trains with another crew outside of terminal switching limits, in through-freight service.

- A complete copy of your federal tie-up showing both trains and MP location and time of exchange.
- Name, Employee ID and on duty time of opposing employee
